This is a beautiful 3 bed-roomed Town House in Peyia, near Coral Bay, CYPRUS.
This is a small site with only 6 individual and privately owned Town Houses.
It is fantastic accommodation for a 'Family' holiday. If required for a 'Wedding' then if booked early enough we may have access to one or two more properties within the complex.
Located in the lovely village of Peyia in Paphos. Village amenities include supermarkets, restaurants, bars, tavernas, take-a-way, butchers, fresh fruit and veg mini market, bakers (for fresh baked bread/rolls throughout the day), chemist,
banks with ATM's are all within walking distance and only 5 minutes drive to the beautiful sandy beach of Coral Bay.
This is an immaculate 3 bed-roomed Town House sleeping up to 6 people and is fully air-conditioned plus a ceiling fan in the main bed-room.
It has a large open planned lounge/dining room.
A spacious dining area which leads onto a furnished patio that is adjacent to the swimming pool.
The well equiped fully fitted kitchen includes:
- Built in oven & hob
- large fridge/freezer
- washing machine
- iron/ironing board
- microwave
Three double bed-rooms, 2 containing twin beds, master with a double bed and an en-suite, all have fitted wardrobes,
2 with vanity units. All bed-rooms have a balcony either looking out to sea or of the hill-side.
The spacious "family" bathroom with a bath and over-head shower and shaver point.
You also have a "down-stairs" cloak room
