The Area (Marinas Garden)
Marinas Garden Complex (Universal Site) is situated in the next but one street to Sirena Sunrise (for those of you who know Kato Paphos).
This Premier one bed-roomed first floor apartment is fully air-conditioned and is situated on a very friendly complex with a large communal swimming pool that has underground changing rooms, showers and WC’s, there is also a separate children’s pool.
This apartment is ideally situated in Kato Paphos and couldn’t be more convenient than it is to all amenities. It is approximately a 15 minute walk to Paphos harbour and seafront where you will find an abundance of tavernas, restaurants, leather, jewellery and souvenir shops. You can hire a speed boat or book one of the many cruise’s that Wave Dancer 1 has to offer e.g. Cyprus Night, Fireworks Night, or a VIP Sunset Cruise for a really memorable time. The beach and also Water World for a full day out is no more that 10/15 mins walk. If you want to enjoy the nightlife that Paphos offers then you have only approx a 10 minute stroll to the famous ‘Bar Street’. The apartment is close enough to be able to enjoy a drink and walk home without worrying about a taxi or having to drive.
Local Amenities: Nearest kiosk is 2 mins walk for your fresh morning rolls and all other items that a kiosk has to offer. Next door to this is a taverna that also does “take-a-ways”. Meals are quite well priced and absolutely huge so much so that they will do you a “doggy bag”.
Paphos Airport in only 15 minutes drive. A taxi can be arranged for you on your request to collect you from the airport and the same for your departure.
Car hire is not essential to enjoy this holiday but should you wish to visit the numerous places of interest that Cyprus has to offer then car hire can be arranged.
