Terms & Conditions
Published prices are for accommodation only and include all booking fees and taxes. All prices are in Sterling unless stated otherwise.
Please contact us to check availability. A provisional booking will be made and held for you whilst you secure your flight.
Once you have your flight booked please contact us to confirm the accommodation. You can then complete the online booking form and send together with the deposit (20% of the total cost). The balance being payable 8 weeks prior to departure or full amount if booked within 8 weeks of departure.
Due to the fact that accidental damage insurance is not available for properties being let for holiday purposes, a breakage deposit of £100.00 is required*. But if any accidental damage should occur, you would claim back the cost of the damage through your holiday insurance and your £100 will then be returned. Provided there is no major damage, breakages or extra cleaning charges then your £100 will be returned soonest.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be made by telephone and confirmed in writing. If the cancellation is received before the balance is due then this will result in the loss of your deposit only. If the cancellation is made after the balance has been received we will endeavour to resell the accommodation and if successful, a full refund will be made. However, if not, your insurance would cover such eventualities. Therefore clients should arrange adequate travel and medical insurance for themselves at the time of booking.
Check-in
You may access the property after 2pm. However, where possible we will do our best to accommodate clients with an early arrival time*.
Check-out
The accommodation is to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. However, where possible we will do our best to accommodate clients with a late departure time*.
